I have the best of both worlds.  I am a stay at home mom of two awesome children, a four year old girl and a one year old boy.  I get to wear this hat for seven months out of the year.  Just about when I am ready to pull my hair out, my job starts.  I work for 5 months as a Distribution Manager for a large Christmas Tree wholesaler/grower.  So I am both a family woman and career woman, which is nothing out of the ordinary in this day and age.  Woman are a force to be reckoned with and making strides each day.  I am just very thankful and blessed to be able to do both.

I enjoy many things in life.  Spending time with family and friends, socializing, “greening” up my life (not just the environmental way), and a genuine love for people, place, and food.  So the basis of this blog is to hopefully remind people that it is the simple things in life that make the world go around.  I have questions about various things that I am looking for feedback on.  I have situations as mother and woman you might relate too.  Basically if you visit my humble little blog, leave a comment and hopefully you have either smiled or become inspired to try something new.
