Wellness Wednesday-Sleep

Well this has been a topic in my household for the last five years.   Of course when you are pregnant you never sleep well and if you do sleep long you are so stiff and have the aches.  Than you have children.  Enough said, especially when you create the most non-sleepingest children in the world.

I found some great sleep statistics here.  I find it fascinating that numerous health issues are caused by or contribute to serious health problems.  But instead of spewing tons of stats and facts at you, I am simply going to say RELAX!  Life is too short to deprive you of rest.  Fill your day to the max!  If you try to run an organized house than we won’t have to be up until midnight having “time for ourselves”.

So take a step back and try and figure out how to organize your day.  Really, what is that important that it can not wait until you have had no less than eight hours of sleep?  Go catch some Z’s!

    Amen for the nap a day person. I am the sleepiest person I know 🙂
